  • The warranty doesn’t cover the damage caused by external forces, for instance, misuse, shocks, falls, ect.
  • Please send back all the parts and accessories when you return the product(s). Otherwise, we don’t accept refund or replacement. If necessarily, we will charge you extra money as depreciation fee.

FAQs:

1. What are your return instructions?

1)Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our Customer Support by emailing   service@szfxt.com,please advise your order ID/email address used for the order and reason for the return;

2)Package products along with a copy of the RMA form and write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the address provided by our Customer Support;

3) Provide tracking number of returned parcel to our Customer Support for replacement or refund.

2. What can I do if the product is defective?

Please feel free to contact FXT Customer Support by emailing service@szfxt.com and provide details regarding the issue. We will offer technical support to help resolve the issue.
